The city district with the new built stadium is divided into two major levels, the lower "green" park and the upper "stony" stage which is six meters higher. The four stadium entrances lead the visitors via plazas and staircases to the upper level. The main entrance in the east of the quarter is highlighted by an attractive "water-plaza". Like a trasia a generous area of natural stones lies within the plaza. The whole area is characterised by the Cuban Royal palm (Roystonea regia), which distributes a certain charm due to her royal appearance. The palm`s height forms a counterbalance to the surrounding housings. In the eastern part between street and slope a little park will be developed. Lamellar plantings with varying heights and the palm grove form the backround for the single seat and rest areas.
