Northeast of Chaoyang district Beijing in immediate vicinity to the campus of the University of International Business and Economics to the west and to Yuan Dynasty Wall Relic Park to the south the residential area is embedded in a green surrounding. The landscape architectural concept is characterized by a modern and clear design language which reflects the high standard of the project. The open spaces are divided into three major parts: shopping area and promenade, courtyard and wave park. Those three areas are connected by streets and several footpaths. At night the courtyard with its especially developed light concept gleams in magic light, which becomes an even more pleasant visual occurrence watching down from one of the apartments.
