Preparatory work for the redevelopment of Charles Square in full swing

Preliminary work for the comprehensive redevelopment of Charles Square is in full swing! The first measures were already introduced in January to create the best possible conditions for the long-term vitality of existing and future trees. During this so-called ‘Phase Zero’, the roots of mature trees are being examined, the ground beneath their canopies is being mulched and selected trees are being carefully transplanted.
The park will remain open to the public throughout the preparatory work.
