New green residential neighborhood in Prague

An urban residential neighborhood will be developed in the coming years near the new Nové Dvory metro station in Prague. In collaboration with re:architekti, we won the competition for Block 5.
Our concept of courtyards and rooftop gardens creates a variety of informal spaces for the neighborhood. Rainwater remains within the neighborhood, and biodiverse plantings foster the development of urban habitats.
